• $37.87) The purpose of this position is to provide both technical and clerical assistance to assigned Development Project Manager.

This is accomplished by acting as a liaison with city and county departments, along with providing administrative support to the Development Project Managers.

This position will lead preliminary efforts in regards to plan review, material shop drawings and permit applications.

This position will be the first point of contact to the public, they will be responsible for performing historical research for fee assessments along with other duties as assigned.

This position will have a strong emphasis on handling numerous ongoing projects, therefore strong project management skills, organizational skills, communication skills are essential.

In addition, this position requires exemplary customer service at all times.

This position reports to the Private Development and Construction Manager and to the Senior Construction Inspector.
