Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial sales touchpoint, converting inbound leads into clients through persuasive, empathetic communication.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess needs and present Embark's treatment options as tailored solutions.
• Drive conversion by proactively following up with leads and managing the full admissions pipelinefrom inquiry to intake.
• Use CRM software (Salesforce) to track sales activity, ensure lead follow-up, and maintain pipeline integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, insurance, intake) to ensure a seamless, high-converting client journey.
• Address objections and overcome barriers to care using strategic problem-solving and sales techniques.
• Exceed daily / weekly KPIs for calls, follow-ups, and conversionsyour success directly impacts lives and revenue.
