The Northern Arizona University Facility Services Custodial and LOS Departments are currently hiring one (1) full-time benefit eligible Learning and Development Analyst. About the Position
The Learning and Development Analyst position reports to the Assistant Director of Maintenance and Operations in Facility Services. This position onboards new employees evaluates, plans, and delivers employee training programs to promote effectiveness; facilitates continual employee development; analyzes and compiles training results to satisfy organizational needs; works to ensure continual organizational improvement and identifies innovative training options for new hires; and monitors training and development programs to ensure employee success for the Custodial and LOS Departments. This position will assist and advise the Assistant Director of Facilities and Maintenance in fulfilling Facility Services' mission to Northern Arizona University by practicing sustainable maintenance and operations methods, ensuring a clean, healthy and safe work environment, providing excellent customer service, adopting industry best practices, following policies and procedures, and empowering the custodial workforce. The successful candidate will be required to work 6am till 3pm - Monday through Friday.
