Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
• Review project designs, drawings, and specifications to identify any potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all project sites.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any project-related challenges or disputes as they arise.
