Job Summary : Seeking a highly organized and dynamic Talent Production Assistant to bolster the live show production capabilities.

Responsibilities : Program Coordination and Quality Assurance : Ensures programming and live operations coordination are up to the mark.
Monitors production elements for quality and compliance, addressing discrepancies and technical issues with a keen eye. Collaboration and Enhancement : Facilitates seamless collaboration between production staff, directors, and talent to enhance content quality.
Engages in constructive post-production discussions to foster continuous improvement. Compliance and Best Practices : Maintains current knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
Ensures all live productions meet the set regulatory, ethical, and quality benchmarks. Technical and Operational Proficiency : Manages production tools and resolves technical challenges, ensuring content delivery integrity.
Support and Preparation : Provides support for studio setup, operational transitions, and content preparation for social media, enhancing viewer engagement and production smoothness.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Communications, Performing Arts, Media Production, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated experience in media production support roles with an in-depth understanding of broadcast standards and compliance within the entertainment industry.
Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility for evening and weekend schedules in alignment with live production needs.
Proficiency in using broadcasting and production equipment is essential. Preferred Qualifications : Experience within media broadcast environments.
