We have an exciting career opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team!
The successful candidate must anticipate the needs of and provide support in all areas to the Directors, Managers, Supervisors and all other members, regardless of position. As the department heads representative, serves as the primary communication point, is responsible for the workflow, allocates time and schedules activities consistent with tactical, strategic, internal and external requirements and commitments. Ensure all tasks are completed in an accurate, timely, and confidential manner; be able to provide follow-up status on projects at any given time; provide a high-level of trustworthiness in private and confidential matters and exhibit values and traits needed in achieving Trust goals and standards.

Salary
Minimum Salary $42,800 (Grade 4).
Responsibilities
Maintain / monitor files, office budget, credit card billing, uniform accounts, cellular phone accounts, office supplies, and purchasing process.Maintain Thermal SharePoint and Teams sites.Provide support to the Director / Management Team and all employees of the division.Assist management staff in recruiting, screening and hiring new employees; process new-hire paperwork & screening; schedule new employee orientation.Plan and coordinate events, internal / external meetings, presentations, seminars, sales presentations, travel and calendaring.Coordinate, monitor and follow-up of tactical, strategic, and quality plans.File, process, and distribute work documents.Screen correspondence, email, telephone calls, etc., and respond or direct as needed.Prepare agendas, draft letters, memos, reports, and other documents for senior staff.Coordinate and schedule department events, internal / external meetings, presentations, seminars, travel and meetings for the Director / Management team.Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.Perform additional duties as assigned.Requires at least a High School Diploma; some undergraduate coursework is desirable.Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems.Ability to work independently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Proficiency in SharePoint.Qualifications
Bachelors degree in related field preferred and / or 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant is preferred.Additional education, certifications, licensing, experience and knowledge that would enhance the incumbents ability to perform the job.Posting Deadline
