Job Description

Our group is investigating the dysregulation of gene expression in cancer, mainly focusing on breast cancer and osteosarcoma.

We primarily use p53 (wild type and mutant) and RUNX proteins as our models. The selected candidate will investigate the biological functions of recently discovered chromatin regulation in breast cancer and osteosarcoma.

The ultimate goal is to develop novel therapeutic strategies to combat these cancer types. For recent publications from the lab, please go to the website :

We are looking for a highly self-motivated and inquisitive scientist to join our team. Candidates should possess the following qualifications :

  • A strong background in molecular biology, cell biology, and epigenetic regulation.
  • Proficiency in effective communication is a critical requirement.
  • Experience in breast cancer or cancer biology in general is a plus.

Successful candidates are expected to attain a or equivalent degree within six months from the date of application or possess less than one year of postdoctoral experience at the time of application.
