About the Role
Were looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Strategist to lead ourorganic social media presenceacross all platforms. This person will own day-to-day social publishing, content planning, community management, and performance tracking (including social listening). The ideal candidate has a strong editorial instinct, understands culture and trends, and knows how to translate brand storytelling into scroll-stopping moments.
What Youll Do
- Develop, manage, and execute ourorganic social media strategyacross Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Own thecontent calendarto ensure consistent, timely, and relevant posts aligned to brand priorities and cultural moments.
- Create and / or brief content including copy, visual direction, short-form video concepts, and storytelling frameworks.
- Partner with internal teams and external creators to source and produce content that feels authentic and on-brand.
- Monitor conversations and engage with our community across channels to strengthen loyalty and brand affinity.
- Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and refine strategy to drive reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Stay on top of cultural trends, platform updates, and creator partnerships to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
- Ensure visual and verbal brand consistency across every platform.
What You Bring
- 36+ years of experience managing social media for a notable brand, creator, or publication.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability especially for short-form content.
- Ability to edit videos and other content directly.
- A deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture, trends, and tone.
- Proven experience growing and engaging audiences organically.
- Comfortable bothhands-on creating contentand partnering with designers / creators.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategy.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple threads at once.
- Collaborative and excited to build something alongside a small, fast-moving team.
- Experience working with influencers / creators or talent teams.
- On-camera presence or comfort filming / directing short-form content.
- Experience in lifestyle, wellness, hospitality, fashion, or cultural brands.
