This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Workday HCM Project Associate Director in Canada (Fully Remote).

In this role, you will lead and oversee large-scale HCM transformation projects, guiding organizations through the migration and implementation of Workday HCM solutions. You will manage multiple workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery on time and within budget. Acting as a strategic advisor and hands-on project leader, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, providing direction on solution design, risk management, and implementation strategy. The position offers an opportunity to influence enterprise-level ERP transformations while collaborating in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

Accountabilities :

• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementation, upgrade, and expansion projects, following structured SDLC methodologies.
• Provide program and project management for multi-workstream initiatives, coordinating on-site, off-site, and offshore teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reporting, including critical path and estimate-to-complete tracking.
• Ensure alignment with customer PMO policies, manage risks, issues, and escalations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Oversee project team resources, review deliverables, and ensure quality and timely signoffs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, facilitating resolution of project challenges and driving collaboration across teams.
