Position Description
As a Salesforce Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the optimization and efficiency of our business processes through the strategic use of Salesforce.
You will be responsible for translating business needs into functional requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions that align with our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership :
- Own and prioritize operational user stories within the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
- Define and articulate clear product goals, objectives, and success criteria.
Collaboration and Communication :
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their requirements and challenges.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives and priorities.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation :
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions to understand business processes and operational workflows.
- Document detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams.
Configuration and Customization :
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to configure and customize Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensure the effective use of Salesforce features and functionalities to optimize operational processes.
Testing and Quality Assurance :
- Develop and execute test plans to validate that Salesforce solutions meet specified requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on UAT to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Training and Adoption :
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to maximize the benefits of Salesforce.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Operations.
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Experience with agile methodologies including Scrum and / or SAFe.
- Prior experience with Atlassian suite of tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency.
- Detailed oriented, highly collaborative, and persistent in the face of obstacles or challenges

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$77,800 - $129,600
