Key Responsibilities
Source, post, and optimize job openings while managing application and screening processes
Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and conduct initial candidate screenings
Present job offers to successful candidates and manage onboarding processes for new hires
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role
Experience in recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
Background in performance coaching
Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
