We are seeking a Service Manager to join our team! Individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing all service requests from customers.
Responsibilities :
- Accept, dispatch, and monitor incoming service calls .
- Track calls and update customers on call progress frequently
- Provide accurate estimates for customer approval
- Provide accurate invoices upon call completion and close out calls
- Establish and build relationships with customers
- Seek out new qualified vendors and subcontractors
- Establish and build relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Manage field operations with service techs
- Parts orders and tech inventory tracking
- Schedule follow up calls for work satisfaction with customers
- Generate weekly reports for service performance (new calls, completed calls, revenue generated, costs, etc.)
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in service, dispatch, sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with Quickbooks
- Great Multitasker
