Key Responsibilities
Oversee compliance with training and work assessments while documenting necessary records
Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring processes for open positions in collaboration with departmental managers
Administer HR programs related to compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least three years of human resource management experience preferred
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Experience with HRIS functionality, particularly ADP Workforce Now
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
