Job Summary

The Human Resources Assistant at our client will support the Human Resources department by performing daily administrative tasks aimed at ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This role involves assisting with onboarding, managing employee records, HRIS data entry, benefits administration, and supporting company policies and employee engagement efforts. The HR Assistant serves as a key point of contact for internal staff and is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
• Maintain and manage employee records and data entry in HRIS.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Support company policies and facilitate employee engagement activities.
• Serve as a key contact for internal staff inquiries.
