The Role

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Director to join our Mooresville, NC office and lead growth initiatives with our Lowe’s business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales strategies, strengthening partnerships, and delivering profitable growth across key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans that accelerate brand growth
• Build and maintain strong retailer and client relationships
• Lead account calls, market visits, and in-store initiatives
• Present WGB solutions to both new and existing partners
• Analyze sales and marketing data to guide strategy and execution
• Provide program feedback and help enhance organizational effectiveness

Qualifications

Location & Travel

Based in Mooresville, NC | ~20% travel (Lowe’s Companies Support Center, manufacturer partners, and industry events)
