KNK Recruiting, LLC is looking for a direct hire Radiology Supervisor, Nuclear Medicine & PET / CT for our targeted client located in the Indianapolis, Indiana area.
Targeted Salary Range : $65Kyr to $85Kyr (salary range varies depending upon skills and experience level.
Status : Full-Time Days

Job Summary :
The Radiology Supervisor performs the duties of a working supervisor for an assigned area or shift, as well as carries out the responsibilities of a Technologist.
This position reports to the Radiology Manager and proactively contributes our targeted clients mission
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
149; Assigns specific exams to technologists; ensures scheduled exams are completed as ordered
149; Performs basic preventative maintenance on equipment; orders repairs when needed
149; Orders supplies for assigned area to maintain adequate operating procedures performed
149; Ensures all patients and patient information is logged
149; Collects and reports patient and procedure statistics for the shift to immediate supervisor on a
monthly basis and annualizes information at year-end
149; Develops work schedules for specific shift and work areas; ensures optimal staff levels
149; Demonstrates a positive leadership role
149; Demonstrates financial responsibility when scheduling
149; Participates on the administrative call schedule for the department
149; Provides adequate and timely communications with staff
149; Encourages involvement and participation from the staff in departmental operations
149; Alters activities and behaviors to reflect and ensure adequate care appropriate to the age of patients served (i.e.
adolescent, geriatric, pediatric, neonatal and adult)
149; Meets monthly with staff and maintains documentation of all communications
149; Participates in quality improvement and / or quality assurance for the department
Qualifications :
149; Indiana licensure as a Radiologic Technologist, Nuclear Medicine Technologist and / or ARDMS registration
149; ARRT, ARDMS or NMTCB registration. including compliance with professional CEU requirements
149; Three (3) years of job-related experience required
149; Current CPR Certification required
