Our Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking an experienced pre-litigation attorney. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of all personal injury claims, have excellent client communication, and be able to evaluate and negotiate claims. Compensation :

$75,000 - $150,000 plus bonuses yearly

Responsibilities :

• Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, and legal secretary
• Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
• Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation
• Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
• Supervision of Support Staff
• Client Intakes
• Assemble Demand Packages for Insurance Carriers
• Settlement Negotiations
• Court Appearances, Depositions
