Business Analyst SmartSheets LucidChart Agiloft Track

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support operations across SmartSheets , LucidChart , and Agiloft platforms. The role is primarily focused on support activities, including resolving L1 / LX tickets, maintaining system documentation, and collaborating with business users to ensure smooth platform usage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L1 / LX support for SmartSheets, LucidChart, and Agiloft platforms.
• Troubleshoot user issues, escalate complex tickets, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and update process flows, diagrams, and templates using LucidChart.
• Support configuration and workflow updates in Agiloft as per business needs.
• Collaborate with business users to understand recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Document resolutions, FAQs, and SOPs for support processes.
