Job Summary
Reporting to the Owner, the Sales and Marketing Coordinato r is Responsible for developing and maintaining key referral
sources that will refer to Qualicare on a regular basis. Key referral sources include case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and others who work within Skilled Nursing, CCRC (IL, AL, MC), Home Health, Hospice and Hospitals.
Responsibilities
Meet or exceed established "new sales" quarterly / annual goalsDevelops a sales and marketing planPlans and creates business development opportunitiesCall on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics and eldercare facilities in order tomeet / exceed sales goals
Track and report key metricsEstablish weekly activity metrics (In-person sales calls, Lunch & Learns,Networking Events, community event)
Establishes working rapport with health care professionals and potential referral sources within a designated territoryJoin and attendarea networking and Chamber groupsIdentifies new business opportunities and creates and builds proposalsSeek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the communityManages sales accounts and meets financial targets with respect to sales and business development opportunitiesParticipates in opportunities to increase social media activity and effectivenessAssist with assessments / intakesOther duties as assignedQualifications
Must demonstrate quantifiable success in business development in an organizationDemonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, sense of urgency,detail orientation and problem solving
Presents well to clients and peersMust demonstrate working knowledge of health care in home and institutionalsetting
