Senior Associate, Proposal Development

Summary :

In this role, you will be a critical member of the Proposal Development team managing the proposal response process. You will manage the coordination of all activities pertaining to the development and the submission of Vizient's proposal responses to members.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain positive partnerships, and become a trusted partner to subject experts, business owners, sales team members, the proposal development team, and others involved in the proposal development process.
• Manage Request for Information (RFI) / Request for Proposal (RFP) process from receipt to delivery on multiple projects.
• Provide proposal content and coordination in support of Vizient's sales teams.
• Review RFI / RFP written response and qualitative content to ensure compliance with RFI / RFP requests.
• Stay current on RFP technology (Responsive f / k / a RFPIO) enhancements and best practices to optimized end-user experience.
• Manage RFP repository library, coordinate, and schedule meetings for proposal response development, manage milestones and deadlines for all RFP's and proactively keep stakeholders updated.
• Optimize RFP efficiency by identifying process inefficiencies and making enhancements to create a refined automated process.

Qualifications :

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs required.
• Excellent verbal, written, communication, customer services, problem solving, and organizational skills required.
• Editorial and / or proposal writing, sales and / or marketing experience, particularly with RFI / RFP, highly preferred.
• Ability to work with all levels in an organization.
• Experience working in healthcare a plus.

Estimated Hiring Range :

$68,500.00 - $99,400.00
