The Role
We're looking for a Brokerage Coordinator to support our growing brokerage team. This is an incredible opportunity to learn the commercial real estate business from the inside out—balancing creativity, detail, and execution in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- ?? Prepare proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and market reports
- ?? Coordinate all stages of transactions—RFPs, LOIs, leases, and due diligence
- ?? Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- ?? Manage CRM data, client communications, and workflow tracking
- ?? Develop and execute marketing campaigns for listings (digital + print)
- ?? Support brokers with financial analyses (lease / sales comps, rent summaries)
- ?? Obtain your North Carolina Real Estate Broker License within 6 months (firm support provided)
What We're Looking For
? 1+ year of experience in commercial real estate, marketing, or related field? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills? Excellent written and verbal communication? Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)? Commitment to professional growth and continuous learningBonus Points For
