Job Summary
We are seeking an Experience Strategist to join our team and drive the development of customer experience (CX) and creative direction for our clients' digital marketing, product, and service-based engagements. This role requires a deep understanding of digital media, the integration of data and strategy, human-centered design, and the ability to translate business objectives into innovative communications and customer experiences across the marketing spectrum.
The Role
This is a highly collaborative position where you will work closely with creatives, brand strategists, client service, and other teams to help our clients articulate their experience and creative strategy. You will be responsible for, or contributing to, customer experience roadmaps, creative direction, communications frameworks, and social media best practices to drive business growth through enhanced digital experiences.

Essential Job Functions
- Develop and deliver social content briefs, assist in communications and experience planning
- Participate in creative reviews to ensure content aligns to briefs and platform specs
- Recommend content and strategy optimizations and pivots based on campaign performance
- Provide content recommendations for paid media efforts
- Research and synthesize insight into consumer behaviors, motivators, and needs using a combination of syndicated tools and desk research
- Continuously evaluate the digital landscape, including competitors, category, and digital consumer and deliver written updates/POVs to client and internal teams as needed
- Support the development of social content strategy and communications frameworks
Required and preferred hard and soft skills
- Comprehensive social media expertise, including content development, platform-specific knowledge, and audience insights across major social networks
- Strong understanding of brand-building principles, marketing strategies, and digital media landscape
- Ability to craft compelling thought leadership materials and presentations (e.g., POVs, trend decks, topic deep-dives)
- Experience in customer experience strategy and journey mapping to optimize consumer interactions
- Proficiency in analyzing current business states, creating gap analyses, and developing strategic recommendations and roadmaps
- Skill in translating business objectives into actionable social/digital media strategies
- Familiarity with social media management and listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Meltwater, NetBase)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trusting client relationships
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously

The semi-monthly salary range for this position is $3,125.00 - $3,541.66, with an annualized equivalent of $75,000 - $85,000.
