Key Responsibilities
Provide general HR support and strategic partnership to the global business, focusing on North America
Develop and implement talent management and development programs, including succession planning and performance management
Utilize HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure program impact
Required Qualifications
3+ years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably in a high growth SaaS / Tech company
Hands-on working style with strong project management skills
Working knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
Experience with HR systems like Workday and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results effectively
