We are currently seeking high-performing college students interested in a career in the financial sector to participate in the WSFS Bank 2026 Summer Internship Program. All internship opportunities are paid and offer mentorship, peer interaction, project work, executive visibility, volunteer opportunities, and networking events. Internships are available with various Bank departments including : Commercial Banking Consumer Loan Servicing Mortgage Cash Connect - ATM Solutions Small Business Lending Retail Strategy - Consumer and Small Business Human Resources Legal Community Impact Procurement Services Technology Marketing & Communications What Our Internships Offer : An opportunity to work directly with Associates across lines of business to learn the day-to-day operations and strategies behind business decisions A comprehensive internship curriculum, including a specified learning path, networking roadmap, and framework for a division-level team project & presentation to senior leaders A dedicated network of support, including a formal mentor and peer-to-peer interaction Access to networking, volunteer and community service opportunities, and WSFS Bank executives Social events to engage with peers and division leaders Participation in business line workshops, DE&I resource groups Potential opportunity to join WSFS as a full-time Associate upon successful completion of your summer internship (rising seniors only) The Summer Internship Program starts early June to mid August. WSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States. Minimum Qualifications : Must be at least 18 years of age. A business or related college major is preferred. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2026. Must have reliable transportation. Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews and orientation with Human Resources. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including working on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint. Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting in the beginning of June and ending in mid to late August. Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required. Salary Range : $18.00 - $21.00 Per HourIndividual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
