Job Summary

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce applications to meet our business needs to achieve maximum benefit for the organization.

The role may involve user management, automation, data management, reporting, troubleshooting, and upgrades to the system.

The Salesforce Developer will work with other key members of the organization and team.

Essential Functions

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, VisualCode, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party systems using APIs and web services.
• Create and maintain Salesforce workflows, process builders, triggers, and validation rules.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical recommendations and solutions.
• Create, update, and manage data forms and integrate with Salesforce and other provider data systems to support provider data management processes.

Ensure training, understanding and correct utilization by department staff.

Assess reporting needs and system capabilities on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities to streamline processes, add or enhance self-service and automation.

Seek feedback and coordinate with team on appropriate response.

• Investigate and resolve organization and user issues.
• Support staff training and development on Salesforce. Conduct periodic assessments to monitor accurate utilization and timely processing in alignment with required expectations and service level agreements.
• May be asked to support provider data entry and processing needs on occasion to support critical projects or deadlines.

• Comply with all Federal and applicable State laws and Lucet's policies regarding privacy, confidentiality, and security of health information and other designated information.

Job Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and web services (REST / SOAP).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, triggers, and validation rules.
• Knowledge of data management, including data imports, exports, and data quality best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Salesforce Developer Certification
• Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
• Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
• Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
• Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
• Experience with Forms Assembly
• Understanding of Agile Methodology and Lifecycle
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed indoors in a typical home office environment- not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
• Frequent exposure to VDT screen
• Frequent use of office machines to include laptop, video, and headset
• Physical demands include constant ability to remain in a stationary position, move about inside an office or remote setting, able to communicate and exchange information with others, able to inspect information, and able to perform repetitive motion with arms and fingers.
• Mental demands include constant ability to interpret data, problem solve, make decisions, and organize and plan.

Salary and Other Compensation :

The starting salary that Lucet reasonably expects to pay for this position ranges from $105,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills, education / degrees, certifications, prior experience, market data, and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of Lucet's incentive plan based on both company performance and individual performance.
