As a ServiceNow program management leader in the Enterprise Resource and Project Management Organization, you'll direct a program team of over 40 members, including five IT project managers. You'll spearhead a multi-year initiative to position the business for the future by enabling advanced automation, providing robust data governance, and integrating AI-powered solutions within the Enterprise Technology Solutions platform. In this role, you'll advance Progressive's Service Management capabilities by building them from the ground up with a forward-looking design. You'll also create a modern, scalable framework that drives faster integration across business units, accelerates the adoption of innovative features, and delivers enterprise-wide improvements in service delivery and operational efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum seven years of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery
- OR Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of four years of work experience leading or managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.

Ability to think strategically at an enterprise level and understand constraints and trade-offs to influence portfolio-level decisions effectively with extensive experience in leading projects, programs, and portfolios, with expertise in project delivery methodologies, staffing models, and vendor engagement standard processesPrior experience leading large scale enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations across multiple platformsProven ability to build trusted, collaborative, and inclusive relationships across organizational boundaries, engaging with senior and executive IT management on cross-organizational opportunitiesDemonstrated efficiency in encouraging talent growth, preparing for transitions, and building an engaged, influential, confident team using analytical, critical, and business skills.Experienced in delivering large-scale enterprise programs spanning multiple platforms, integrating AI-powered solutions, and managing ambiguity and risks to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Compensation
