Job description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Software Engineering and collaborating with your peers, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, UI / UX quality, and business impact across our platform.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop front-end interfaces using React.js and manage application state.
  • Build high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using React, Java, and MySQL.
  • Collaborate and assist with Product Management.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to optimize software quality, delivery speed, and system reliability.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards in software development.

    • Required Skills

    Required Qualifications :

  • 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Expertise in React.js and proficiency using and developing front-end applications.
  • Ability to develop front-end UI / UX from Figma designs and mockups.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern HTML / CSS while using Tailwind CSS.
  • Proven experience in the development of large-scale, distributed systems and high-traffic applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive technical strategy and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and MySQL environment.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (AWS CDK).
  • Ability to create responsive designs and interactive elements using Figma.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
