Title- Marketing Specialist
Location- Hartford, CT
Duration- 6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other web experiments to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
Analyze test results using statistical methods to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement testing strategies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of web experiments.
This roll will also assist with the user acceptance testing/QA for web pages being re-built in a new content management system as part of our website migration project
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in web experimentation, A/B testing, or a related role.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web experimentation and optimization.
