Job descriptionResponsible for contacting and progressing applicants using our in-house applicant tracking system (ATS). Scheduling phone interviews with applicants. Contact applicants to gather information. Entering applicant data into our in-house (ATS) applicant tracking system. Resume screening and following up with applicants. May assist candidates with our onboarding process. Additional duties as requested. At least 1 year of recruiting, HR, or construction experience or a related role A Plus. Must have an excellent phone presence. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent time management and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be proficient with PCs and MS software such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish Must be a people person and can learn and retain information. Must be able to follow verbal and written directions. POSITION TITLE : Assistant Recruiter

- PAY RANGE / TYPE : $13.00 - $17.00 (based on experience)

- NORMAL WORK HOURS : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
- NORMAL WORK WEEK : Monday - Friday

E Petree Holdings has an opening for a dedicated Assistant Recruiter at our Fort Smith Arkansas location. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in English and Spanish.
Experience is not required, however, prior recruiting, HR, construction, or staffing experience will be a huge plus.
This is a full-time position with a benefits package and opportunities for advancement for the right individual.
