Operations Support Specialist Data Entry

• role. This position is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining merchant application data, managing account updates, and supporting cross-functional teams on various tasks and projects.
• Key Responsibilities
• Enter merchant application data into systems with precision and speed.
• Review applications to identify errors, coordinating corrections with relevant teams.
• Upload and organize documents in multiple platforms.
• Monitor application and approval queues, ensuring timely processing.
• Perform account updates (e.g., address, bank changes) while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Verify data accuracy and maintain detailed CRM records of changes.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Adapt to evolving procedures and systems with a proactive approach.
• Provide process improvement suggestions to enhance productivity.
• Support other teams with backup assistance as needed.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in
• data processing or related roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data processing tools.
• Familiarity with the credit card processing industry (preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities effectively.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
