Location : West Seneca, NY (Corporate Office) - travel required.
As a Human Resources Manager / HR Business Partner , you will lead HR functions including employee relations, enforcing company policies, and resolving disputes in the workplace. Responsibilities include :
- Conducting internal investigations with managers and employees regarding reports of misconduct.
- Providing HR support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
- Executing routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
- Creating and writing company policies under the direction of the Director of Employee Relations and Chief Human Resources Officer.
- Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and recommended best practices.
- Attending unemployment hearings via phone to represent the organization while providing evidence to support claims.
- All other duties as assigned.
