Responsibilities include :
- Payroll Management : Oversee payroll for 25 employees using ADP (training provided).
- Onboarding : Conduct background checks and assist with first-day procedures.
- ADP Ticket System : Act as the liaison between employees and ADP, monitoring and addressing issues.
- Recruiting : Conduct phone screens, draft offer letters, and support the recruitment process.
- Administrative Support : Serve as an administrative catch-all for the HR department.
- Benefits Administration : Manage employee benefits, ensuring smooth administration and communication.
- Employee Relations : Foster positive employee relations and address concerns.
- Performance Management : Coordinate employee development plans and manage performance evaluations.
What you need to succeed :
- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Strong administrative skills.
- High level of confidentiality and maturity.
