This position requires office presence of a minimum of five days per week and is located in Dallas, TX or Bothell, WA. No relocation is offered.

We are seeking a results-driven Customer and Client Experience Optimization Lead to join our team. In this role, you will bridge customer experience with data analytics by identifying, sizing, and resolving customer and client pain points. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing the customer journey, supporting business cases and prioritizing initiatives that drive satisfaction and growth across business segments.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

• Digital Strategy and eCommerce Coordination :
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and development teams to develop and align digital strategies.
• Enhance digital sales channels and distribution partnerships.
• Manage online launch rollouts, product management, and online offer development.
• Customer Journey and Experience Management :
• Understand digital audiences and personas to guide customer journeys effectively.
• Ideate, develop, and advocate for initiatives on product and technology roadmaps.
• Partner closely with technology, product, and marketing teams.
• Technology and Innovation :
• Lead a test & learn mindset, adopting structured hypothesis-driven rapid learning.
• Identify key problems or opportunities across digital.
• Focus on key trends and growth drivers such as personalization and scalable AI use cases.
• Drive platform technology enhancements.
• Data Analytics and Optimization :
• Utilize advanced analytics to gather insights on customer behavior.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret data.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes.

Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree (BS / BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Digital Customer Growth earn between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
