HRIS Analyst With Specialized Focus On Sap Successfactors Employee Central
At Dycom Industries, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst with a specialized focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will be a subject matter expert in Employee Central, responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the system. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and the overall optimization of our core HR processes.

What You'll Do
Serve as the primary system administrator for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, managing day-to-day operations, including user access, security roles, and system configuration
Maintain and ensure data integrity within Employee Central, performing regular data audits, validations, and clean-up activities
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user inquiries related to Employee Central functionalities, such as employee data, organization structures, and business rules
Collaborate with HR business partners to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements
Configure and test new functionalities and business rules within Employee Central to support evolving business needs (e.g., changes to job classifications, pay scales, or employee lifecycle events)
Manage and execute system updates and release cycles, including testing new features, communicating changes to stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth transition
Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals
Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the Employee Central module
Assist in the integration of Employee Central with other HRIS modules and third-party systems
What You'll Need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role, with at least 3 years of direct experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
In-depth knowledge of Employee Central functionalities, including data models, business rules, foundation objects, and metadata frameworks
Strong understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle (e.g., hiring, promotions, transfers, terminations)
Experience with SuccessFactors tools like Compensation and Position Management is highly desirable
Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Additional Qualifications
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi)
Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., LMS, Performance, Goals, Compensation, Recruiting)
Routinely : Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods
Occasionally : Travel domestically up to 10% to attend team meetings or training
