Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and direct accordingly.
• Answer and direct incoming calls. Provide customers with company information such as store hours / location, and answer other general inquiries.
• Input customer data into customer management system.
• Accurately follow the process of accepting new inventory in a timely manner.
• Work directly with store management in controlling customer flow.
• Other duties assigned by management.
