Director of Corporate Finance

A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee company-wide financial planning and forecasting processes

Build and refine long-range financial models to inform growth and cash flow decisions

Prepare materials for the executive team and Board, communicating performance and insights

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles

Experience with IPO readiness or operating in a public company environment

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA preferred

Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with NetSuite or Oracle Hyperion preferred

Comfortable working in an AI-forward environment and using technology to enhance work
