Job Purpose

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic security leader to serve as the Head of Security for North America. This role is critical to ensuring the safety and resilience of our manufacturing operations across both union and union-free facilities. The successful candidate will oversee physical security, crisis management, and risk mitigation strategies across a diverse portfolio of sites, including production plants, distribution centers, and corporate offices. This position is a full-time onsite position located in Racine, WI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy tailored to the unique needs of manufacturing environments, including unionized and non-unionized facilities
• Lead and mentor a regional team of security professionals and manage third-party security providers
• Oversee physical security systems, access control, surveillance, and incident response protocols
• Collaborate with plant leadership, HR, Legal, and Labor Relations to ensure consistent and compliant security practices across all sites
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions
• Lead crisis management and emergency response planning, including drills and training
• Monitor regional threat landscapes and regulatory developments to proactively address emerging risks
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DHS, and other relevant federal, state, and local regulations
• Represent the region in global security forums and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives

The annual salary for this role is USD $111,750.00 - $171,350.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
