Job descriptionExperience : 5 years of customer service experience (preferably in HR) OR 2-year degree + 3 years job-related experience General knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, or employee health policies Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel; familiarity with HRIS systems Workday experience preferred
Employee Relations Specialist
Contract 4 months
Pay Rate : 30-32 per hour
Onsite in Mountain View, CA
Job Summary : The HR Division Representative I provides direct support under general supervision to applicants, hospital employees, and management as part of a centralized HR function.
Responsibilities include :
- Responding to HR policy / program inquiries and resolving moderate to complex issues. Escalating queries when necessary and collaborating with subject matter experts.
- Processing HR documentation and performing data entry into HR systems.
- Scheduling appointments, trainings, and handling general office administration.
- Assisting with individual and mass employee communications.
