Responsibilities :
- Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing various projects and deadlines.
- Cultivating and maintaining client relationships, facilitating day-to-day communication between clients and internal teams.
- Strategizing and overseeing client budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Collaborating with clients on advertising strategies and campaign development.
- Maintaining proficiency in multiplatform strategies encompassing Google, Meta, and traditional media.
- Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and offering strategic insights.
- Contributing to strategy sessions aimed at achieving client objectives.
- Proactively presenting innovative solutions and ideas to clients.
- Coordinating with project managers to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
- Maintaining thorough documentation of client interactions and project updates.
- Facilitating clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Fostering teamwork, exchanging ideas, and embracing input from colleagues.
- Providing regular client updates and summarizing progress through email or reports.
- Demonstrating expertise in Google and social media platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok, and communicating campaign results effectively.
- Conducting monthly meetings to deliver digital and social media reports to clients.
- Alerting leadership to any potential project or account issues and devising strategic solutions.
- Organizing and leading both internal agency and client-facing meetings.
- Facilitating design and copy requests as necessary, ensuring approval from both internal teams and clients.
- Assisting in the training and mentorship of new account executives.
Qualifications
- College degree in business administration, advertising, marketing or relative field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an advertising account executive or related position
- Strong communications, written, verbal and presentation skills
- Thorough understanding of Google and Meta campaigns and confidence to discuss and review with clients
