The role requires a understanding of the staffing industry, excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Prospect for new clients by researching and identifying potential leads.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Understand staffing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of staffing services.

Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Represent Strategic Systems Inc. at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications :

Experience in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing industry.

Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel as needed.
