We're seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Laborer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in concrete work to join our growing team. This position offers year-round employmentno seasonal layoffs. When concrete work slows down in the winter months, you'll transition into carpentry work, keeping your skills sharp and your income steady.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for residential and commercial projects
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Set up and dismantle concrete forms and scaffolding
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete using appropriate techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Transition to carpentry tasks during winter, including framing, trim work, and general construction support
