Job descriptionMaster's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related discipline15+ years of experience in power electronics, with a focus on inverter and motor control systemsProven experience in steering system applications or other safety-critical automotive domainsStrong understanding of motor control theory (FOC, torque / speed control, sensor less techniques)Expertise in system architecture and embedded software design for real-time control systemsIn-depth knowledge of functional safety standards and implementation practicesFamiliarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN) and diagnostic toolsExperience with simulation and modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB / Simulink, Labview, etc.)Experience with steering actuators and electromechanical systemsKnowledge of EMI / EMC design considerations and thermal management in power electronics
