In this role : You will :

You will :

  • Identify staffing needs in various education settings through a means of lead generation, prospecting, job posting, and outbound calls (cold-calling is a part of this)
  • Build and maintain relationships with your own clients, employees, and candidate pipeline
  • Work with a mentor and management to hit revenue-based goals
  • Negotiation terms in a staffing contract beginning to end
  • Adapt, pivot, and align with the needs of schools
  • Build lasting relationships with internal colleagues, working together to meet our greater mission : "Make like better for those who make lives better."

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
