The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Personal Lines Account Executive to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Northampton, MA.
The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team.
This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all communications with clients, from phone, calls, new business, billing, and claims.
- Accurately and efficiently maintain electronic client account records and electronic file documentation while processing rewrites, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals.
- Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.
- Contribute to a positive workplace environment.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Must be licensed, AMS360 is a plus.
- 3+ years’ experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration.
- Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)
