We are partnering with a nationally recognized pediatric healthcare organization in Boston to hire an Executive Recruiter to support talent needs across fundraising, development, donor engagement, and operational functions.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across key roles including fundraising, development, donor relations, marketing, and operations
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to shape talent strategy
• Build pipelines of talent from nonprofit, higher-ed, academic medicine, and philanthropy environments
• Provide insights on market trends, compensation, and recruiting best practices
• Manage ATS reporting and ensure compliance with hiring standards
• Support portions of the recruiting budget and resource planning
• Represent the organization's mission with high professionalism and discretion

Qualifications

5+ years of recruiting experience (nonprofit or fundraising talent experience highly preferred)

Executive presence with exceptional communication skills

Organized, detail-focused, and polished in all interactions

Strong judgment and ability to manage confidential candidate information

Experience with ATS platforms & Microsoft Office
