Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technical teams, to resolve more complex customer issues.

Stay updated on our products, services, and internal processes to effectively address customer questions.

Deliver tailored advice and solutions to meet customer needs and improve satisfaction.

Proactively identify ways to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements :

Required skills and qualifications :

Prior experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.

Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM tools, or the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
