Position Summary : As a customer service expert, you are a liaison for all patients seeking services at NeighborHealth. As a member of the Patient Access Team you will be expected to interact in a professional, friendly and welcoming manner while capturing accurate information in order to provide a superior customer experience. The Patient Access Coordinator will be expected to book, cancel, reschedule, and check out appointments and answer phones according to the Registration department guidelines.
Schedule : Tuesday Friday 11 a.m. 8 p.m. & Saturday 7 : 30 a.m. 4 : 30 p.m.

Pay Range $19.55 up to $29.33 based on experience.
