A global boutique firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in securities and M&A transactions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support complex, cross-border legal matters.

Responsibilities

Securities & Corporate Support

• Assist in preparing SEC-related filings, including registration statements, annual / quarterly reports, current reports, proxy and information statements, and insider reports.
• Support drafting and organizing materials for IPOs, PIPEs, ATMs, and other offerings.
• Maintain and organize client records, transaction documents, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with underwriters, issuers, and regulators to support transaction execution.
