Required : + 3+ years of experience in consultative or solution sales, with a proven record of driving new business acquisition and exceeding revenue goals. + Strong prospecting and negotiation skills, with the ability to challenge customer assumptions and reframe their needs to drive action. + Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-level and program decision-makers. + Proficiency with digital learning platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). + Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). + Some college coursework completed. + Ability to travel up to 20% for key customer meetings, events, or trade shows.
Preferred : + Associate's Degree or higher. + Experience in the Beauty & Wellness or Postsecondary Education industries. + Familiarity with education funding cycles and digital learning trends.

Compensation At Cengage Group, we take great pride in our commitment to providing a comprehensive and rewarding Total Rewards package designed to support and empower our employees. The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range. $2,125.00 - $3,450.00 USD
