Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from customers regarding trouble repair for broadband services
Utilize multiple systems for trouble isolation and service repair
Create / update trouble tickets and provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience, with 1-2 years directly related to the job
General knowledge of telecommunication products and services
Technical aptitude for troubleshooting customer issues
Ability to work in a high-intensity environment, both independently and as part of a team
